FAQ'S

•  What size is the booth?

Approximately 2.0 m tall, 1.3 m wide and 2.3 m long, we also require space for the 6x2ft prop table and a small square 2ft by 2ft guest book table.

• How many sets of prints are taken?

Two prints are taken with every trip to the booth. One for you and one for your guests.

• When do you setup?

We arrive about an hour before the event. It takes about 45 mins to set up and this is not counted as part of your run time.

• What if I want you to set up earlier than when we require the booth?

We can set up any time prior to the event that you wish and you will only be charged for idle hours until the event officially starts. As an example, imagine you are getting married at 3 pm and having your reception and party in the same venue. The booth is for the evening party but you want the booth there in place before the wedding ceremony so everything is in place for your special day ahead of time. We would set up at whatever time you require before the ceremony and the hours up until 7pm will be idle hours charged at £25 per hour.

• What if we want you for more than 5 hours?

Best to ring and discuss as we like to tailor our service to everybody’s need. If on the night you wish us to stay longer then the extension time is charged at £100 per hour before midnight and £150 per hour after midnight.

• How much deposit do I have to pay?

A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your booking then the balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event, we also require a refundable £50 damage deposit which we take in case any props or broken due to misuse by guests, this will be refunded within a week minus any damages which we try to inform you of on the night.

• When is the balance due?

The balance is due 14 days before your event if you’re paying by Card, BACS or Paypal

• How portable is the booth?

Very. We can put the booth anywhere there is a flat floor, enough room, roof and access to power. i.e. upstairs or marquees (with a floor).

• Do you need power?

Yes we need a 13amp plug, we will have extension leads but the nearer the socket the better to avoid trailing wires.

• Are you insured?

You bet we are, Public liability insurance up to £2M, just ask for our certificate and we will happily forward a copy to you.

• What equipment do you use?

Only the best. A professional Canon DSLR, a Mitsubushi Dye Sublimination printer used by professional photo printers, Windows tablet for uploading out of the booth (all our equipment is PAT tested annually).

• Where will you travel to?

We can cover Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, London and further afield.

• Do you charge for travel?

There is free travel to anywhere within 10 miles for Piccolo Package, 20 miles for the Magnum & 25 miles for the Jeroboam package of our Office in Basingstoke, Hampshire. If you’re further afield we are perfectly happy to come to your event we just charge a nominal fee of 60p per extra mile radius there and back.

Can we get a digital copy of the images?
Definitely, after the event we give all our clients a USB-stick with all images and videos of their event. We can also upload them into a password protected online gallery on our website. We can also load them onto our Facebook gallery where everyone can share and tag them.

• How does the video messaging work?

The booth is fully automatic and will switch between the two modes instantly so your guests can have their prints and leave you a video message whilst in the photo booth. We give you the videos on a USB-stick to watch at home. We can disable the feature also if you don't require video messaging.

• How does the guest book work?

We set the photo booth up to print 2 copies of each picture, 1 for your guests and 1 for your guest book.. We bring silver gel pens and encourage your guests to leave messages next to their pictures.

• Can I come and see your booth before I book or before the event?

Of course. Just ring or email and we will set it up at our premises for you to see for yourself. A great opportunity to discuss your customised prints and other things we offer face to face. All with a nice cup of tea or coffee. 

• Can you get wheelchairs in the booths?

Our booths will fit most wheelchairs.

• Can we brand our hire?

Yes we can brand your prints (no extra charge) and the booth surround can be branded to your design or logo at an extra charge (email or ring to discuss).

• How do I book?

You can email us to give us some details or telephone us on 07760 402776 and check for availability. We will get back to you quickly. We like to to think every event can be tailored to your needs. You can then fill in the online booking form. We will send you a copy of our hire terms and an invoice and once you have paid your deposit the date is secured for you.

• How much room do you need?

Our Photo Booths are so much fun that often there are people queuing to get in. With this in mind, please ensure there is space for people to queue, enter and leave the booth and a space for the props on a table when allocating us space at a venue.

• Do you need Wifi?

No you don't.

• Do you have any special features?

Lots, including Green screens, filter effects such as Andy Warhol style photos, sepia filters etc, customised branded prints, 22” touch screen which allows the guest to choose the layout of photos and colour or black and white prints instantly
